Experienced, Contract Title Agents Needed
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE/BE LOCAL TO:
THE APPALACHIAN BASIN/MARCELLUS SHALE REGION (PA/WV/OH)
We're expanding our team in PA/WV/OH and would love to connect with you!

Must Have:
  • 5+ years of mineral title experience required
    • Chain of Title, HBP/Leasehold, Mineral/Royalty Ownership, Curative experience
  • Strong computer/excel skills
  • AAPL membership and references required
  • Contractors must meet guidelines for provided services
Nice to Have:
  • Heirship, Coal, vintage lease analysis experience/title back to 1850s-1920s
