General

Manufacturing of steel rule cutting dies produced to specific CAD designs using various types of manual and automated equipment. Assembly of components relevant to the cutting die product lines. 


Tasks

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ability to use various types of manual and automated equipment used to manipulate materials specific, not limited to, cutting die products.
  • Ability to use calibration tools to properly ensure machine & tool tolerances.
  • Assembly of proprietary products from pre-cut materials.
  • Ability to read blueprints and CAD files to accurately assemble custom tools.
  • Lifting and handling of wood, metal pieces and tooling.
  • Clean & maintain department equipment.
  • Maintaining equipment preventative maintenance schedule logs.
  • Required to understand and use safety equipment reflective of department.
  • Able to complete and fulfill paperwork required for personal time sheets in a timely manner.
  • Cross-training and support of other production departments.
  • Able to organize assigned tasks, for completion alone or with help.
  • Treat all Marbach information and customer information in a confidential manner.
  • Inform supervisor of problems or issues which affect the companies’ ability to meet customer requirements.
