Job description

Our client is seeking a dependable Production Associate to join their Heat Treating team. This position supports the manufacturing process by operating equipment, handling materials, and following established production and safety procedures. The role is performed in a hot industrial environment and requires individuals who are comfortable working on their feet and handling physical tasks throughout the shift.
This is a 4-day workweek, 4:30 AM-3:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor heat-treating and production equipment according to established procedures.
- Load, unload, move, and stage materials and finished products throughout the production area.
- Inspect materials and products to ensure they meet quality and production standards.
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and safe material-handling practices.
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials as required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work the assigned 4:30 AM-3:00 PM, 4-day schedule.
