Job Description Manufacturing Engineer Setting/Hours: 100% in Office| Full-time Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in Cincinnati, Ohio that's expanding its Manufacturing team. Position Summary We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and optimize manufacturing processes that improve quality, efficiency, and overall production performance. This role partners closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to implement manufacturing strategies, support new product introductions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with a strong technical background, experience in precision manufacturing, and a passion for improving processes and operational performance. Key Responsibilities Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications to develop effective manufacturing processes. Design, optimize, and improve manufacturing methods to increase quality, efficiency, and production throughput.

Design or source tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment to support production requirements. Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to improve product manufacturability and process capability. Develop, maintain, and update manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.

Create and maintain bills of materials (BOMs) and routing information within the ERP system. Generate and distribute work order packets to support production operations. Partner with other Manufacturing Engineers to maximize production efficiency and reduce cycle times.

Perform ROI and IRR analyses to support capital investments and continuous improvement initiatives. Design fixtures and manufacturing solutions to support new product launches and production improvements. Lead manufacturing process implementation and product integration projects.

Train and mentor production personnel on manufacturing processes, best practices, and standardized procedures. Support troubleshooting efforts and identify opportunities for process improvements throughout manufacturing operations. Qualifications Associate degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment. Experience creating and maintaining manufacturing work instructions, procedures, and process documentation. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Experience with machining, welding, and large-scale mechanical assembly is preferred. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications. Experience working in high-precision manufacturing environments with tight tolerances.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. English language proficiency required. Must provide proof of U.S
