Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and drive

efficiency, quality, and safety across our production facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control, safety, and maintenance

• Increase production, develop and implement operational strategies to meet production goals, quality

standards, and cost targets

• Lead, motivate, and manage plant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports for senior management

• Coordinate with supply chain, engineering, and other departments to optimize workflow and resource

utilization

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product

quality

• Manage budgets, control costs, and oversee procurement activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s

degree preferred

• Proven experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar leadership role within manufacturing

• Strong understanding of production processes, quality systems, and safety regulations
