Job description

Plant Manager based in our Thomaston, Ga manufacturing plant with the following responsibilities, traits, skills and experience.


  • Manage all operations of the plant.
  • Lead and train team leads.
  • Motivate employees.
  • Schedule production to consistently hit demand requirements.
  • Trouble shoot chemical, electrical and mechanical issues.
  • Keep plant and personnel compliant with all laws and regulations.
  • Develop, modify and or work with chemists in formula development.
  • Attain required plant specs and output requirement.
  • Maximize plant production rate.


Requirements / Preferences


  • Requires 10+ years in a chemical manufacturing environment.
  • Proven team leadership experience.....military leadership is a plus.
  • Chemical engineering degree preferred. Mechanical or manufacturing engineering degree would suffice with strong experience in chemical manufacturing.
