What You'll Do
  • Prepare metal surfaces through cleaning, sanding, masking, and other finishing processes
  • Apply liquid paint coatings using industrial spray equipment
  • Inspect painted products to ensure proper coverage, finish quality, and adherence to specifications
  • Perform touch-ups and minor rework as needed
  • Mix paints and adjust equipment settings to achieve optimal results
  • Maintain painting equipment and assist with routine cleaning and upkeep
  • Follow all production, quality, and safety procedures
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with workplace standards
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 1 year of industrial, manufacturing, automotive, or production painting experience
  • Experience using spray guns and paint application equipment

Work Environment
