Job description

Manufacturing Operations Coordinator
Santa Rosa, CA
$25–$26 per hour (DOE)

Are you looking to bring your skills into a progressive, fast-paced manufacturing environment? This is your opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on precision, quality, and innovation in process and production.
We are seeking a Manufacturing Operations CoordinatorΒ to support critical production operations involving detailed work, precision handling, and process coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily manufacturing operations within a process-driven production environment
  • Perform precision electroplating processes with a strong attention to detail
  • Conduct metrology measurements and critical cosmetic inspections
  • Handle delicate and small components using tools such as microscopes and tweezers
  • Calculate processing rates and times using basic math skills
  • Follow detailed work instructions, technical drawings, and specifications
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards, including working with various chemicals
Qualifications
  • Experience in precision electroplating, metrology, or similar manufacturing environments preferred
  • Comfortable working with small, delicate parts requiring high attention to detail
  • Ability to read and interpret prints and technical documentation
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and process tracking
  • Strong math skills for calculating rates, measurements, and processing times
  • Comfortable working in an environment involving chemicals
Education & Experience
