Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Machine Operator role located in Grand Rapids, MI. The Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor envelope manufacturing machinery to ensure efficient and accurate production. Responsibilities include loading materials, performing basic cleaning task, and inspecting output for quality and consistency. The role involves following safety procedures and coordinating with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals. The Machine Operator will also assist with troubleshooting minor equipment issues and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

We are a Monday - Thursday operation.

6:30am - 5pm

40hrs a week.

Fridays being overtime if needed/wanted.


Qualifications

  • Ability to operate and monitor production equipment, with skills in Machine Operation and working with Machinery.
  • Experience performing Quality Control checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
  • Comfort using basic Hand Tools for adjustments, routine maintenance, and minor repairs.
  • Strong Communication skills for coordinating with team members and following written and verbal instructions.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation is preferred but not required; on-the-job training may be provided.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is beneficial.
