About the Role:

The Line Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by ensuring the efficient and safe operation of production lines. This position is responsible for monitoring machinery, assembling products, and maintaining quality standards to meet production targets. The Line Operator collaborates closely with team members and supervisors to identify and resolve issues that may impact workflow or product quality. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to prevent downtime and maintain a safe working environment. Ultimately, the Line Operator contributes to the overall success of the manufacturing operation by supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery operation.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production line environment.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and protocols in a manufacturing setting.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude or experience with troubleshooting equipment.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights or weekends if required.
  • Certification in OSHA or other relevant safety training programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor production line machinery to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.
