Grace is excited to announce our 2027 Summer Internship Program. Your internship project could be focused on one or more of the following disciplines: Engineering/Process Technology; Environmental, Health and Safety; Research & Development; Maintenance and Reliability; and Capital Management.

These intern projects address Grace's day-to-day business needs and the work you accomplish will be an integral part for creating solutions and/or streamlining processes.

No matter what business and project you support, an internship at Grace is guaranteed to provide you with valuable work experience that will allow you to further define career and personal aspirations. Additionally, you will participate in networking and professional development activities!

General Internship Details:

  • Duration - 11 weeks (June 2nd - August 13th)
  • Potential locations include Columbia or Curtis Bay, MD; East Chicago, IN; Pasadena, TX; Baton Rouge, Lake Charles, Norco, LA; South Haven, MI
  • Paid Hourly
  • Projects will be on-siteย 
  • All students will be provided an hourly rate plus a $3,000 stipend

Upon successful completion of the MLP Track Internship, you will be considered for our Manufacturing Leadership Program (MLP). The three-year Grace Manufacturing Leadership Program offers recent bachelor's and master's graduates the chance to explore a variety of operations experiences through hands-on program assignments under the guidance of a senior-level mentor. Participants rotate through three one year assignments in disciplines such as Process Engineering, Project Engineering, Supply Chain and Environmental, Health & Safety, while receiving professional training and development to strengthen leadership skills. Required Qualifications
  • Applicants MUST:
    • be entering their junior, senior year (GRADUATION DATE: 2028 or 2029) and currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related science or engineering field.
    • have ability to work the entire duration of the program without any interruptions, except for company holidays (June - August)
