What You'll Be Doing:

Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes
Analyze production data and implement corrective actions to improve performance
Support APQP activities including Process Flow, PFMEA, and Control Plans
Maintain process documentation such as SOPs and work instructions
Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams to resolve issues
Support new equipment installation and process improvements
Monitor key process KPIs such as scrap, yield, and cycle time
Participate in audits and ensure compliance with quality standards
Support training and development of operators

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering

  • Knowledge in PLC (Allen Bradley / Keyence)

  • Knowledge in Keyence Cameras and Scanner systems

  • Knowledge in 6 Axis Kuka Robots and AI vision systems is preferred

  • 3-5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing preferred

  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies

  • Experience with APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and MSA

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience supporting IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 environments
Experience participating in audits and compliance programs
Strong crossfunctional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Experience training operators and supporting shop floor initiatives
