MARS Solutions Group is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer located in Largo, FL. Our client is an Building automation industry Leader looking for high-quality talent to make a difference. Job description:

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join a growing manufacturing operation supporting process improvement, new product introduction, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys working directly on the production floor and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Develop and improve manufacturing processes

Support daily production activities and resolve manufacturing issues

Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and production methods

Participate in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives

Support new product introductions and manufacturing launches

Reduce scrap and improve equipment uptime

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Materials, and Engineering teams

Support capital equipment implementation and facility improvements

Assist with labor balancing, capacity planning, and production routing

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or related)

1–3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience

Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Experience supporting production in a manufacturing environment

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Preferred

HVAC manufacturing experience

New Product Introduction (NPI)

Tooling and fixture design

Kaizen, TPM, TAKT Time, and Capacity Planning experience

Additional Information:

Duration: 12 Months with possibility of extension

Location: Largo, FL 33773

Shift hours: Mon – Fri; 08 to 05
