Location: Plano, TX 75024

We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer I to support production, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, improve processes, and validate new equipment in an FDA/ISO-regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Troubleshoot manufacturing and equipment issues.
โ€ข Monitor yield, scrap, and defect data.
โ€ข Drive process improvements.
โ€ข Support IQ/OQ/PQ equipment and process validation.
โ€ข Perform root cause analysis (5 Why, 6M).
โ€ข Work with Quality, Production, and R&D teams.
โ€ข Ensure FDA/ISO compliance.
