Epsilon FEA provides advanced engineering and simulation-based design services, with a particular focus on finite element analysis (FEA), computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and design-by-analysis. We support complex projects across a wide range of industries and products, frequently involving first-of-a-kind designs operating in demanding environments, and engineering challenges requiring innovative solutions.

This customer-facing role will help plan, track, forecast, and support the execution of complex technical projects. The role will use Primavera P6 for project scheduling, resource planning, cost tracking, forecasting, and project controls. It will also support proposal development, technical documentation, marketing materials, contract administration, and improvements to internal processes.

Responsibilities

•    Build and maintain project schedules, resource plans, forecasts, and cost-accounting information in Primavera P6

•    Track milestones, deliverables, budgets, and deadlines across multiple client engagements

•    Support proposal preparation, case studies, capability statements, website content, and other marketing materials

•    Assemble and edit technical reports and deliverable documentation for clarity and consistency

•    Assist with contracts, vendor coordination, invoicing support, and general business operations

•    Improve internal processes and draft templates and documentation

Requirements

•    At least two (2) years of substantial, hands-on experience using Primavera P6 as a regular part of the candidate’s work, including building and maintaining schedules, updating progress, managing resources or costs, and producing forecasts or project-control reports. Alternatively, two (2) years of equivalent experience with Microsoft Project paired with a willingness to learn Primavera P6 is acceptable.

•    Bachelor’s degree and at least three (3) years of relevant professional experience in a technical, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or project-based environment; or at least eight (8) years of comparable relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

•    At least two (2) years of professional experience in project controls, including responsibility for project scheduling and cost management

•    Strong technical writing and editing skills

•    Ability to understand, organize, and communicate complex technical and project information while working closely with engineers and other technical personnel.

•    Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in an environment where responsibilities may evolve

Preferred Qualifications

•    Experience using AI and large language model tools to support writing, editing, research, or workflow improvement

•    Prior project-controls experience in engineering consulting, manufacturing, construction, energy, nuclear, aerospace, or another technically complex industry.

•    Hybrid flexibility: This position combines in-office work at our Minneapolis location several days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely on agreed-upon days

•    Salary range: $85,000 - $115,000, depending on Primavera P6 / Microsoft Project experience, technical writing skills, and breadth of responsibilities candidate can assume

·      Work arrangement: Hybrid, with regular in-person attendance required at our Minneapolis office. This position is not eligible for fully remote work.

·      Employment type: Full-time
