Position Overview

At our Fresno, California facility, Production Workers play a key role in supporting plant operations across multiple units. Under the direction of the Shift Manager, you may be assigned to different areas of the plant and will work a rotating shift schedule to meet operational needs.

This is a hands-on role involving a variety of general labor and operational tasks, including housekeeping duties (sweeping, shoveling, painting), material handling, and operating plant vehicles such as forklifts and dump trucks.

Production Workers are also responsible for supporting all Safety, Health, and Environmental programs to help maintain a safe and efficient workplace.

Work Schedule & Qualifications

- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Willingness to work overtime as needed

- Ability to safely operate a forklift (or willingness to learn)

- Basic math, reading, and writing skills

- Strong communication skills

Physical Requirements

- Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

- Perform repetitive hand movements (grasping, pushing, pulling)

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders throughout the shift

Safety & Work Environment

- Must follow all PPE requirements, including hard hats, approved safety footwear, and N95 respirators in compliance with OSHA standards

- Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work environment

- Starting pay: $20.16/hour (paid weekly via direct deposit)

- Time and a half pay for all hours worked on Sundays
