We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Data Architect to lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise-level data architecture tailored to manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including operations, engineering, IT, and analytics—to ensure that data solutions support real-time decision-making, production optimization, and digital transformation across the manufacturing value chain.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable data architectures to support manufacturing systems (MES, SCADA, ERP, etc.).
• Define data modeling standards, data governance policies, and data integration strategies across manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT to translate manufacturing needs into robust data solutions.
• Lead data platform initiatives using technologies like Azure/AWS/GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, SAP, and others.
• Integrate IoT/IIoT data sources, sensors, and machine data into enterprise data platforms.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive data architecture blueprint and documentation.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and availability across manufacturing and supply chain systems.
• Work with data engineers, analysts, and scientists to support predictive maintenance, quality analytics, and real-time performance monitoring.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in Industry 4.0, smart factories, and data architecture best practices.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience (10 + years) in data architecture, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, systems (MES, ERP, PLC, SCADA), and shop floor data sources.
• Proficiency in data modeling, ETL pipelines, cloud platforms, and integration tools.
• Hands-on experience with modern data architecture tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse).
• Strong knowledge of data governance, master data management (MDM), and security protocols.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Industry 4.0, digital twins, and smart manufacturing.
• Familiarity with manufacturing KPIs, lean principles, and continuous improvement.
• Certifications in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) or data architecture frameworks.
