Responsibilities:
• Support the development of data-driven solutions that enhance dealer inventory management and improve customer service outcomes.
• Lead and support the collection, processing, and analysis of large, complex data sets, ensuring data is cleansed, structured, and ready for advanced analytics.
• Develop and maintain scalable data models to support high-volume data processing and business decision-making.
• Apply machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and text analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights and enhance data capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define data analysis requirements, scope projects, and translate business problems into analytical solutions.
• Generate and present actionable insights to leadership using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to drive business decisions.
