  • Collaborate with estimators, drafters, engineers, fabricators, field supervisors, clients, and vendors to ensure project objectives, specifications, and contract requirements are met.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and overall performance, implementing corrective actions as needed and providing regular financial and progress reporting.
  • Review and approve purchase orders, change orders, and subcontractor payments while maintaining accurate project documentation.
  • Lead and support project coordinators and field supervisors, fostering a collaborative, safe, and results-driven team environment.

Work Environment

  • Office and field-based work; must be willing to travel to job sites as required.
  • Occasional extended hours or weekend work may be necessary depending on project timelines.

This job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties. You may perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
