Job description

Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician to support the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic and electro-mechanical products within a production environment. This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on manufacturing or assembly experience who are comfortable working with tools, schematics, soldering equipment, and quality processes in a fast-paced setting.
- Assemble and rework electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical products, including wiring, soldering, cable harnessing, welding, testing, and final assembly operations.
- Interpret schematics and blueprints while using hand tools, measurement devices, soldering equipment, and test equipment to meet quality and production standards.
- Support production efficiency, troubleshooting, process improvements, and engineering initiatives while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and IPC standards.
- Complete documentation, inventory transactions, and work orders in Oracle/Agile systems while collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and leadership teams.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments involving electronic or electro-mechanical components.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and work instructions while using hand tools, soldering equipment, and measurement devices.
