A Manufactured Home Inspector is responsible for examining manufactured (mobile) homes to ensure they meet safety, structural, and code requirements. They inspect various systems such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and the overall structural integrity of the home. Inspectors may work during the installation, resale, or relocation of manufactured homes, making sure the homes comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
