Job Overview:

Pay Range: $45hr - $50hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Strong experience in Manual Testing and QA methodologies.
  • Expertise in Test Planning, Test Case Design, and Test Execution.
  • Experience in Defect Management lifecycle and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM/QC, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience in API testing and backend validation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead testing efforts across medium to large-scale projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of QA analysts and testers.
  • Define test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business and functional requirements.
  • Review requirements and provide testability feedback to project teams.
  • Coordinate testing activities across multiple releases and projects.
  • Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing support.
  • Track, manage, and report defects using defect management tools.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Monitor testing progress, risks, and quality metrics and provide status updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure testing best practices, processes, and QA standards are followed.
  • Mentor and guide junior testers and support their professional development.
  • Participate in release planning, production validation, and post-deployment verification activities.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Healthcare, Insurance, Financial Services, or similar domains.
  • Exposure to Test Automation frameworks and automation strategy planning.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
  • Experience in accessibility, performance, or security testing coordination.
  • ISTQB Certification or equivalent QA certification.
