We are GROWING in the Mansfield, OH area and are looking for a career orientedMaintenance Technician I to join our team!!! The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.
What We Offer:
Pay of $20.00-$23.00
• PLUS quarterly bonus up to $750.00
$100.00 on-call bonus

What We Need from you:
EPA or HVAC Certification preferred
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• At least 40 hours per week
• On-call rotation every other week ($100 bonus)
Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
