Job description

Our client, a leading organization in vehicle maintenance and engineering support, is seeking a Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated team. As a Vehicle Technician, you will be an integral part of the maintenance and operations department, supporting the readiness and safety of our fleet vehicles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive within our dynamic organization.

Job Title: Vehicle Technician - 2nd Shift (2-1130p)

Location: San Francisco, CA

Pay Range: $46-50/hr

What's the Job?

  • Configure, set up, maintain, diagnose, and sign off on vehicles for safe on-road usage.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure vehicle readiness.
  • Coordinate and drive the repair process, ensuring timely completion of work.
  • Create diagnostic test plans and maintain detailed service records and quality reports.
  • Maintain shop facilities, tools, and workspace to ensure a safe and efficient environment.

What's Needed?

  • Extensive knowledge of vehicle maintenance methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials.
  • Minimum of 2 - 4 years of technician experience in vehicle repair and maintenance.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
