Job description

Sigmatech is seeking highly motivated candidates with manpower expertise to fill a Talent Management Manpower Analyst position at Peterson Space Force Base.  In this position, contractors will support manpower requirements for "Green Door" Space Operations units.  Specific position requirements include:

  • Review, update, and management of Green Door manning documents
  • Assessing unit needs for existing and future operational requirements  
  • Developing and refining personnel candidate lists
  • Researching, interviewing, and making recommendations to the government on potential position hires
  • Coordinating with the Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC) and Enterprise Talent Management Office (ETMO) and drafting hiring packages for the Special Access Program (SAP) Management Office
  • Developing manpower Standard Operating Procedures and other continuity material
  • Providing on the job manpower training for government and military personnel



  • 5+ Space Operations Experience
  • 5+ years working manpower/personnel resourcing for the DoD preferred.
  • 3+ years previous recruiting experience.
  • B.S. desired.
  • Previous work with Special Access Programs and experience working "Green Door" assignments. 
  •  Familiarity with unit manning authoritative sources (STARS, RAW, UMD, AMS, Envision).
  • Experienced in Microsoft Suite of applications.
  • Advanced Communication Skills (verbal and written)
  • Top Secret Clearance, SCI eligible

In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role $110,000 to $145,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location, and often contractual requirement.
