About Manly Bands
John and Michelle, co-founders of Manly Bands, started their company after a terrible experience trying to get John's wedding band. Not only could the jewelers not size John's big hands, but the choices they had were plain and boring. John wanted a ring he could get excited about. So they decided to shake up the wedding band industry. They quit their jobs, moved across the country, got married, and started Manly Bands all in 30 days!
John dove into the website and marketing while Michelle gave each ring it's unique personality and took excellent care of their customers. Michelle's mom and dad were helping them ship out the orders and write thank you cards while John's mom was making wood wedding boxes. Since 2016, they've moved to Utah and grown to now have an incredible team always pushing the limits of what can fit in a ring and how it can be captured on film.

Manly Bands was created so that EVERYONE could have a buying experience with reverence, class, and love during the selection process.
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented epoxy finisher to join our team. The successful candidate will work in our finishing department using our equipment to help produce our awesome rings. The epoxy specialist will produce high-quality, precise work that meets specific requirements. This role requires a keen eye for detail, steady hands, and the ability to work with various jewelry manufacturing tools and machinery. What You'll Do:
  • The Epoxy specialist will work in a fast-paced fun environment
  • Operate epoxy equipment adding a splash of color to our products
  • Meet weekly Manufacturing goals
  • Working with different and diverse materials

What You'll Have:
  • Prior experience working with epoxy preferred
  • Must be able to stay on task
  • Must be able to maintain regular attendance
  • Must have an extreme positive attitude
  • Must be able to work well with other people
  • Must be a creative problem solver

What You'll Need:
  • Previous Jewelry or Metal working is a plus
  • Previous manufacturing or painting experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
  • Ability to interpret and work from detailed designs and client instructions.
  • Steady hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification preferred.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while operating manufacturing equipment.
  • Good vision (with or without corrective lenses) to perform detailed work.
  • Ability to lift and handle materials and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
