We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Platform Growth Associate to ensure the smooth, timely, and compliant delivery of content, promotional assets, creator communications and user-facing features across the CANVAS platform. This role is critical to maintaining the platform's daily health, supporting key business initiatives, and enabling a seamless experience for our millions of readers and creators.
Essential Duties:
  • Manage the end-to-day operational lifecycle of series including; review, curation, and scheduling of CANVAS Series
  • Operate and maintain content management and scheduling tools to ensure all events, content releases, and feature rollouts are executed accurately and on time.
  • Enforce Brand Safety guidelines and content policies for all assets and series published on the platform, coordinating closely with Trust & Safety and Legal teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, and Product teams for platform feature announcements.
  • Draft, review, localize and schedule Creator engagement communications, including copywriting for notices, newsletters, and social activations.
  • Keep up with European trends/viral content so that it can be adapted to WEBTOON CANVAS Social channels.
  • Work on a global scale to assist with Virtual events that are creator and education focused
  • Act as a key operational liaison between global and local teams, ensuring consistent processes and clear communication across multiple time zones.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a digital operations, content operations, web/mobile platform operations, or digital media role.
  • Bilingual fluency in French Required
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills, with a proven ability to work with global teams across a variety of time zones
  • Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) or scheduling tools in a publishing or platform environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in professional copywriting/copyediting for user-facing content (e.g., push notifications, banners).
  • High level of proficiency with collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Airtable).
  • A quick learner who can rapidly adapt to new processes and software tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Practical knowledge of storytelling, digital comics, webcomics, or the webnovel/entertainment industry.
  • Strong proficiency with technology: Experience using, Airtable, MS Office (Excel), Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
  • Experience with user retention and monetization strategies (Lifecycle Management, CRM).
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools or comfort with generating basic reports on operational performance.
