Teacher Assistants - Part-time Studio Art Programs throughout Bergen and Essex CountiesJob Description

How would you like to create WOW moments for our K-12 students and Adult Artists through fun, engaging and accessible classroom experiences? If you are looking for an opportunity to gain experience assisting amazing teachers to challenge and engage students, then we would love to hear from you. Our dynamic and unique curriculum is fun to teach and highly motivational.


  • The hours are around 5- 10 hours a week after 3pm. So this would be ideal for a student studying visual arts in college

  • You will assist in a variety of different classes: Drawing, Painting, Mixed Media, Manga/Cartooning, Sculpture etc.

  • The pay rate is $15.49 to $20 per hour depending on experience

  • You will travel to after school programs, senior and community centers to assist a lead teacher in the classrooms

  • Don’t worry if you don’t have much experience, we will train you
