Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Internal Medicine Hospitalist to join our established Hospital Medicine team at Manchester Memorial Hospital in the Greater Manchester region of Connecticut.

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality inpatient medical management for hospitalized patients
  • Perform admissions, rounding, discharges, and care coordination
  • Collaborate closely with specialists, nursing, case management, and ancillary teams
  • Ensure timely documentation and communication with patients, families, and referring providers
  • Participate in quality and patient safety initiatives
