    El Lider del Equipo de la Tienda asiste al Lider de la Tienda, al Lider Asistente de la Tienda, al equipo gerencial y al personal a ejecutar las metas operacinales de la tienda del plan operativo anual. El lider del equipo toma decisiones que involucran a los clientes, los miembros del equipo, los problemas operativos, la planificacion comercial, el establecimiento de prioridades, el cumplimiento de las politicas de la empresa y todas las areas del negocio.

    Manejo y Desarrollo del Personal: 30%

    • Brinda mentoria y entrenamiento a los empleados por horas sobre las tareas diarias.

    • Participa en el proceso de reclutamiento de asociados por horas, incluida la preseleccion y las entrevistas a los candidatos, segun sea necesario.

    The Store Team Leader assists the Store Leader, Assistant Store Leader, management team, and staff to execute store operational goals of the annual operating plan. The Team Leader makes judgments involving customers, team members, operational issues, business planning, priority setting, compliance with company policies, and all areas of the business.

    Example Duties and Activities

    Staff Management and Development - 30%

    • Provides coaching and training to hourly employees on daily tasks.
