Role Purpose

Perform secretarial duties and general office work to ensure sufficient operation of the department while coordinating with the priorities of the Associate General Counsel/Director, Risk Management and Risk Manager of Alternate Sites and Physician Practices and the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Produces and formats various types of documents, and reports including monthly expense reports.
  • Produces and coordinates various types of confidential correspondence.
  • Assists in preparing materials and binders for presentations and meetings.
  • Supports the daily operations of assigned departments.

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED

Experience

  • 2-5 years

Supervisor Experience

  • No Experience

Preferred Requirements

Education

  • Associate's Degree
