We operate at the intersection of trading, technology, product management, quantitative research, and client engagement, helping Fidelity adapt and innovate within an evolving marketplace.

CrossStream is an important part of our electronic trading ecosystem, providing unique opportunities to improve execution outcomes and expand client access to liquidity. This role will play a key part in defining the future direction of the platform, while supporting broader strategic initiatives across Fidelity's electronic trading businesses including Fidelity Service Bureau.
