We are seeking experienced and polished Restaurant Managers to lead the daily operations of our upscale restaurant. This is a key leadership role that blends operational excellence with genuine, elevated service. You'll be responsible for delivering a seamless guest experience, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring every detail reflects the quality of our brand.
Who We're Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years in a management role within an upscale environment
  • Experience balancing high-volume operations with elevated, fine dining service standards
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills in English
  • Composed, solutions-oriented, and gracious under pressure
  • Proficiency in POS and restaurant management software
  • Knowledge of wine and spirits is a must; familiarity with Japanese cuisine and sake is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Spanish or another language is a plus
