In this role, you'll be responsible for safely delivering and transporting equipment to customers and between our locations while helping keep our yard organized and operations running efficiently. Every day brings something different, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
• Safely deliver and pick up equipment for customers and between company locations.
• Load, secure, and unload equipment while following all safety procedures.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service during deliveries and pickups.
• Ensure delivery paperwork is completed accurately and signed when required.
• Answer customer phone calls, emails, and messages as needed.
• Keep the yard clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
• Assist with inventory organization and cycle counts.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of company vehicles.
• Support the branch team with additional duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.

Education and Experience
CDL Required. Must have one year of experience, preferably in the compact equipment industry. High School Degree or equivalent is preferred.
Physical Requirements
• Able to lift 40 pounds on a consistent basis
• Climb in and out of delivery trucks, trailers, and equipment multiple times throughout the day.
• Bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and squat while securing, inspecting, and loading/unloading equipment.
• Safely operate pickup trucks, flatbed trucks, trailers, and other company vehicles.
• Load, unload, secure, and transport equipment using chains, binders, straps, and other tie-down devices.
• Operate forklifts and compact construction equipment for loading and unloading (training provided if needed).
• Stand and walk for extended periods while making deliveries, conducting inspections, and assisting customers.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, wind, and snow.
• Maintain the ability to safely enter and exit vehicles and equipment throughout the workday.
• Possess sufficient vision, hearing, and depth perception to safely operate commercial vehicles and equipment.
• Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and delivery inspections while identifying potential safety concerns.
• Work safely around moving equipment, traffic, and active construction or industrial job sites.
• Sit for extended periods while driving between customer locations.
