Qualifications Basic Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 2 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft .NET 4.5, ASP .NET, AJAX, Windows Services, LINQ At least 2 years of experience in MUMPS and Cache At least 2 years of working experience on distributed technologies like WCF, Web Service At least 2 years of experience in programming languages like VB, HTML5, C#, VB with working knowledge of SQL Server database At least 2 years of experience on development tools and methodologies like Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle. At least 3 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements. Experience and understanding of in Production support and performance engineering
