Job description

Summary

Stella Maris, located in Timonium Maryland is seeking an exempt-level professional who is well versed in project management, with strong communication and customer services skills. This position will support the executives in a mid-size health care operation to include rehabilitation, long-term care, hospice and home health. This position will serve on interactive committees, coordinate efforts pertaining to large operational projects, assist to execute tangible renovation projects, and serve in a risk management capacity supporting the compliance officer and executives with quality assurance.

Responsibilities

To provide organizational and general office support for the Administrative office with a high degree of independence, initiative, judgment and decisiveness. With direction from Administration this position supports the following key functions for all Stella Maris:

• Risk and Compliance
• Project Management
• Communication
• Customer Services
• Executive Office Support

RISK AND COMPLIANCE
-Oversees compliance allegations that come into the Administrative office; initial intake, investigation and notifying appropriate parties and with guidance from the Executive Director who serves as the organizations Corporate Compliance Officer, oversees resolution.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION
-Partners with Facilities Management to coordinate facility-wide construction and/refresh projects to include- recording keeping of the meetings; identifying communication channels, takes initiative to think thru processes and who/what is impacted.
-Assists leadership with large scale facility projects and initiatives.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXECUTIVE OFFICE SUPPORT
-Takes and active roll following up on customer service opportunities that escalate to the Administration offices.
- Backs up the executive assistants work when absence to support for the ED and SVP of operations, schedules appointments, arranges conferences, meetings, travel and maintains calendar.
- Like all members of the Stella Maris Administration team, greets visitors to the office in a friendly manner, screening and responding appropriately. Redirects and/or assists visitors when appropriate. Resolves visitor problems when appropriate.


Requirements

• Associates Degree Required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
• Experience in a medical setting strongly preferred
• Experience with project management and facilities management preferred
• Advanced Computer Skills

Salary Information
Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices.
