Job Description

ABOUT THE COMPANY: Our Client is an integrated civil engineering, urban and rural planning, economic development, grant services, branding and marketing, and environmental consulting firm with five offices across the United States. The multidisciplinary team focuses on sustainability, resilience, equity, collaborative problem-solving, and shared leadership.

POSITION SUMMARY: Antero Group is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager with a background in municipal engineering or site-development engineering for its Denton, Texas office. The selected candidate will oversee municipal and site-development assignments and collaborate with a broader national team.

Responsibilities
  • Review and develop civil engineering plans
  • manage projects, schedules, priorities, and deliverables
  • manage staff and client relationships
  • prepare engineering and project reports
  • produce clear technical writing and documentation
  • mentor junior team members
  • support business-development activities
  • coordinate multiple long-term projects and immediate assignments concurrently
  • and work effectively both independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • at least 8 years of civil engineering experience
  • current Texas Professional Engineer registration or the ability to obtain Texas licensure
  • strong project-management and time-management skills
  • ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic, and flexible work environment
  • ability to manage competing deadlines and multiple projects
