Position Summary:
The Production Associate is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by assembling, processing, or packaging products according to quality and safety standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining production flow, meeting output targets, and ensuring that finished goods meet required specifications. The Production Associate works as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and is expected to follow standard operating procedures, maintain a clean work area, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm EST
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Properly load and operate machine
  • Properly thread machine with material
  • Properly set machine speed for particular material to achieve piece standard for that material.
  • Clean machine and area around machine daily
  • Assist troubleshooting machine for problems
  • Meet and maintain production and quality standards.
  • Adhere to all company work rules.
  • Adhere to all safety rules and practices.
  • Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management.
  • Use or wear all appropriate safety equipment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • One to six months related experience
  • Must be able to read and write English.
