Job description

LG H&H Americas is a division of LG H&H, the #1 beauty and personal care company in Korea. With over 75 years of innovation in beauty and consumer products, LG H&H has expanded globally through a portfolio of skincare, cosmetics, and personal care brands across North America and Asia.

As LG H&H continues to expand its presence within the U.S. beauty market, we are seeking agile, entrepreneurial talent who can operate effectively within a fast‑paced, lean, and highly collaborative global organization.

Address: LG H&H USA CA Office, 515 Shatto Place, Los Angeles, CA 90020, USA.

About the Role

The SCM Team is responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of products throughout the organization by effectively managing planning, inventory, and logistics activities, thereby supporting sales achievement and business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales performance against business plans and forecasts to evaluate forecast accuracy, identify gaps and risks, and improve future planning assumptions through the S&OP process.
  • Develop and maintain supply plans that align with demand forecasts, inventory targets, and business objectives to ensure product availability while minimizing supply risks.
  • Manage purchasing, production, and inbound logistics schedules to ensure timely product replenishment and uninterrupted supply to customers and distribution channels.
  • Monitor inventory levels and inventory health across the supply chain, optimizing inventory investment through effective management of inventory turnover, days of supply, and stock availability.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and external business partners to balance demand and supply requirements while supporting revenue and profitability targets.
  • Drive continuous improvement of supply chain processes, systems, and performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency, service levels, and working capital management.
  • Manage inventory allocation and inter‑warehouse transfers to ensure optimal inventory positioning, efficient product flow, and product availability across all distribution channels. Coordinate closely with headquarters and manufacturing partners to align and adjust production and supply schedules, ensuring supply continuity and responsiveness to demand changes.
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of inventory records and supply chain master data within ERP/WMS systems. Perform ongoing data maintenance and validation to ensure system integrity, supporting accurate planning, execution, and performance reporting across the supply chain.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Supply Chain Management/Logistics
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience in procurement, inventory control, or logistics.
  • Practical experience moving physical goods, forecasting demand, and negotiating with suppliers.
  • Import/Export shipping and logistics experience is required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
  • Experience with ERP (SAP)/WMS system is a plus.
  • Desire to always look for areas for process improvements and eliminate non‑value‑added activities.
  • Bilingual Korean / English strongly preferred.
  • Eligible for benefits as of date of hire (health, dental, vision, life and other voluntary programs).
  • You are immediately vested in LG H&H’s matching contributions to the 401(k) Plan. Company matches your contributions dollar‑for‑dollar up to 6% of your eligible pay.
