Job description
Position Title: Car Wash / Detailer Employment Status: Full-Time (Non-Exempt) Reports To: Lot Manager Job Summary: As a Car Wash / Detailer at Bomnin Automotive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of vehicles within our dealership. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service will contribute to our dealership's reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities: Vehicle Cleaning and Detailing: Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing.
Inspect vehicles for dirt, stains, and imperfections, addressing any issues to achieve a pristine appearance. Clean and polish wheels, rims, and tires to a high shine. Apply protective treatments to surfaces, such as paint sealants and fabric protectors.
Interior Cleaning: Clean and sanitize all interior surfaces, including the dashboard, windows, upholstery, and carpets. Remove stains, odors, and debris from seats and floor mats. Ensure that all vehicle components, such as buttons and switches, are clean and operational.
Quality Control: Conduct quality inspections to ensure vehicles meet dealership standards. Address any deficiencies or imperfections to maintain consistent quality results. Inventory Management: Maintain an organized and efficient workspace, including the storage and upkeep of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Compliance: Follow all safety and environmental guidelines, including proper disposal of waste materials. Adhere to dealership policies and procedures related to detailing and car wash operations. Always maintains showroom and stock vehicles in clean and presentable condition.
