About EVERWhite EVERWhite is a premium manufacturer of high-quality dry-erase whiteboards, custom-printed boards, and visual communication products serving corporate, education, healthcare, and industrial clients nationwide.

Position Overview We are seeking a consultative, detail-oriented Customer Support & Order Coordinator with experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environment.

In this role, you will be the point of contact for incoming website inquiries and phone leads, converting customer needs into accurate product quotes. You will collaborate directly with our internal graphic designer to translate rough customer ideas into finished custom whiteboards and proactively follow up to close orders and grow existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Quoting & Lead Response: Respond promptly to incoming phone calls and website inquiries from clients, evaluating their needs and providing accurate, competitive pricing quotes for standard and custom products.

Custom Design Coordination: Partner directly with our internal Graphic Designer on custom-printed board projects. Guide customers who call in with rough concepts, gather necessary details/specifications, and brief the designer on project vision.

Proactive Follow-Up & Account Growth: Conduct outbound follow-up calls on open quotes to secure orders and periodically reach out to existing business accounts to foster ongoing relationships and uncover new opportunities.

Consultative Customer Support: Educate commercial clients, contractors, and institutional buyers on surface options, trim styles, framing, and custom graphic capabilities to help them select the right product.

Qualifications & Experience

Required Experience: 2–3+ years of inside sales, technical customer support, or project coordination experience within a manufacturing, B2B wholesale, building materials, or industrial environment.

Conceptual & Spatial Thinking: Ability to listen to a customer's rough idea or sketch and translate it into actionable details for design and production teams.

Sales & Service Mindset: Proactive, comfortable making outbound follow-up calls, and skilled at building rapport with B2B clients.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Proven experience acting as a bridge between customers and internal design or operations staff.

Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM/quoting systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and web-based inquiry tools.

(Note: Candidates with strictly retail, hospitality, or B2C call center backgrounds without industrial, manufacturing, or custom product experience will not be considered.)
