Job description

Step into a rewarding opportunity as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students in Tippecanoe County. This contract position offers the unique chance to work within multiple schools, potentially focusing on students in Essential (Life Skills) Skills programs for the upcoming school year. Flexibility and collaboration are key, as specific assignments will be discussed upon placement. Recent growth means there are three new SLP openings, giving you the possibility to tailor your experience in a supportive educational setting.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility in Indiana
  • Experience in school-based settings or pediatrics preferred
  • Competency and enthusiasm for teletherapy and in-person services
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individual and group therapy to students with a range of communication needs, with an emphasis on life skills programs
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop intervention plans tailored to student goals
