About Us

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead enterprise adoption of Databricks analytics, AI/BI, Genie, applications, semantic capabilities, and emerging AI technologies, translating platform capabilities into business value.

  • Partner with Finance, Commercial, Operations, Digital, and Data Engineering teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact analytics and AI use cases.

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of business-facing data and AI products, from opportunity identification through deployment, adoption, and value realization.

  • Establish and govern enterprise KPI definitions, semantic models, ontology frameworks, and metric standards that ensure consistent, trusted insights across reporting, analytics, and AI solutions.

  • Drive AI-powered decision-making by enabling conversational analytics, natural language querying, AI-generated insights, alerts, and recommendations that reduce manual reporting and accelerate action.

  • Champion data governance, quality, reconciliation, and standardization practices to ensure trusted metrics, explainable AI outputs, and reusable data assets across enterprise platforms.

  • Lead business enablement and change management efforts by developing adoption strategies, training users, fostering self-service analytics capabilities, and serving as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
