All American Home Care is seeking a highly organized, professional, and Russian-speaking Executive Assistant to support executive leadership in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role requires strong communication, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and professionalism.
The ideal candidate is polished, dependable, resourceful, and capable of handling sensitive information while supporting daily executive operations.
Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Draft, organize, and manage emails, reports, and internal communication
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and administrative priorities
  • Assist with travel arrangements, documentation, and special projects
  • Track deadlines, tasks, and operational updates
  • Communicate professionally with internal departments and external partners
  • Maintain organized records, files, and executive documentation
  • Support leadership with day-to-day administrative operations
  • Help ensure smooth communication across departments
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Office Administration experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Experience in healthcare or home care is a plus
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must be bilingual in Russian
