Job description

Administrative Assistant To The Director Of Special Services

RSU 19 is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional individual to serve as the Administrative Assistant to the Director of Special Services. This position provides confidential administrative support to the Director of Special Services and assists in the coordination of special education, McKinney Vento services, and other student support programs throughout the district.

The successful candidate will maintain confidential records, coordinate communications and meetings, assist with state reporting requirements, manage purchasing and budget-related tasks, and support services for vulnerable student populations. Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills are essential, along with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

This is a full-time, year-round, hourly position working 35 hours per week. Salary and benefits are in accordance with applicable RSU 19 policies and agreements.
