Citi is looking for a Flex Loan Consumer Product Sales Sr. Lead Analyst to lead the end-to-end product strategy for Flex Loan, a core feature within Citi's U.S. Credit Cards lending continuum that helps millions of consumers manage their borrowing needs

Sitting within the On Card Spend and Lend organization and reporting to the On Card Lend Business Head, this role shapes the direction, performance, and customer experience of a high-impact lending product. This is a senior opportunity for a product leader who wants to drive measurable portfolio growth and directly influence the financial lives of Citi's customers. Responsibilities Own and drive the Flex Loan product strategy across Citi Branded Cards, translating strategic direction into prioritized roadmaps and initiatives that deliver measurable portfolio growth.

Define and strengthen the Flex Loan value proposition by developing new product capabilities and solutions in close partnership with U.S. Branded Cards product and portfolio teams. Lead the design and delivery of a seamless, end-to-end Flex Loan customer experience across digital and physical touchpoints in collaboration with Technology and Digital teams

Develop segmentation strategies, pricing models, and response optimization frameworks alongside Marketing, Risk, and Analytics teams to improve profitability and customer take-up. Analyze product financial performance across key metrics - including originations, portfolio yields, net credit margin, return on assets, and NPS - and recommend targeted actions to improve returns. Identify and evaluate growth opportunities across Citi portfolios and external partnerships to expand Flex Loan offers throughout the lending continuum.

Maintain the governance and control environment for Flex Loan as a lending product, ensuring alignment with Citi's risk appetite framework. Required qualifications & skills Bachelor's degree with 10 or more years of experience in product management, financial services, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to develop and manage unsecured lending products, with a track record of delivering portfolio performance and profitability improvements.

Experience operating in complex, matrixed organizations, with a consistent ability to align cross-functional teams - including Risk, Marketing, Technology, and Analytics - around shared goals. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability, with the ability to interpret financial and performance data and convert insights into clear, actionable product recommendations. Effective communicator and influencer, with a history of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and driving alignment across diverse teams.

Customer-first approach, with a genuine understanding of consumer financial needs and a commitment to delivering product experiences that add measurable value. Disciplined execution mindset, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within defined timelines. Beneficial skills & qualifications MBA or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant field.
