Territory Sales Manager, Civil Infrastructure

Milwaukee, WI | Remote with Regional Travel


A growing company serving the civil infrastructure and construction markets is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to support continued growth across Wisconsin, with a primary focus on the Milwaukee market.


This position is well suited for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing project opportunities, and working with engineers, municipalities, contractors, distributors, and public agency contacts throughout the full sales cycle.


The role offers strong territory ownership, flexibility, and the opportunity to represent infrastructure solutions used in public works, site development, utility, stormwater, and municipal construction projects.


Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with engineering firms, municipalities, public agencies, contractors, distributors, and other key market contacts throughout Wisconsin

Identify and support project opportunities from early planning and design through bidding, award, and construction

Conduct meetings, product discussions, presentations, and site visits to support customer needs and project requirements

Work closely with internal estimating, operations, technical, and customer support teams to ensure projects are properly supported

Maintain an active pipeline, track market activity, and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory

Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, industry events, and local market functions


Qualifications

3+ years of experience in sales, business development, project coordination, estimating, or engineering within civil infrastructure, municipal construction, water, stormwater, utilities, site development, or related markets

Comfortable working in a relationship-driven, project-based sales environment

Ability to build trust with engineers, public agencies, contractors, and channel partners

Strong communication, follow-up, organization, and territory management skills

Self-motivated and able to manage a remote territory with regional travel

Based in or near Milwaukee, WI, with flexibility to travel throughout the region
