Marketing Automation Manager - Remote - Contract - (US Based)
About the Role
The Marketing Automation Manager is a key contributor in designing and maintaining our global demand generation backbone, Marketo, and related tools and systems. The Marketing Automation Manager will systematically enable campaign innovation, define processes that help optimize the user experience, and develop tools and documentation to support successful stakeholder leverage of our marketing systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Proficient in supporting the implementation of marketing automation roadmap and associated processes with minimal guidance.
  • Support the technical architecture of implementing new campaigns and processes within Marketo and/or SFDC with minimal guidance.
  • Proficient in building and testing a range of marketing automation processes.
  • Proficient in monitoring and consistently improving lead scoring and lead flow.
  • Proficient in investigating, tracking, and troubleshooting issues with Marketo and SFDC.
  • Document processes and process updates with minimal guidance.
  • Proficient at providing frequent and clear communication on project updates, following up on asks, and escalating issues when necessary.

Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of marketing operations and/or marketing campaign experience.
  • Advanced Salesforce.com and Marketo (or equivalent) proficiency. Marketo certification is preferred.
  • Solid experience executing automated marketing campaigns, including nurture and other outbound programs.
  • Experience developing business requirements documents (BRDs) and process flow diagrams.
  • Ability to create training materials and tools to support knowledge share and internal education efforts.
  • A web marketing background is highly desired.
  • Solid business sense balanced with technical aptitude.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Service-oriented attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duration: 6Months
Location: Remote
Pay Rate: 50-60/hr
The interview process with include 2+ rounds of interviews.
