What We Want

Mays Business School is seeking a Program Coordinator I to support the administration and strategic development of program operations through database maintenance, CRM support, and data security management. In this role, you will build and maintain Salesforce components, including emails, dashboards, reports, event landing pages, and forms, while responding to and completing Salesforce work requests. The successful candidate will help ensure data integrity, support system enhancements, and provide reporting and analytics that contribute to program goals and team success. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment. This role can be based in either College Station, TX or Houston, TX, depending on candidate location.

Essential Duties/Tasks

Database Maintenance

  • Serves as the Salesforce representative, overseeing assigned constituents.

  • Acts as the liaison between end-users and technical support groups to facilitate constituent needs. Completes all work requests timely.

  • Works with Mays Marketing to provide Salesforce communications support.

CRM Support

  • Creates forms, portals, populations, fields, prompts, event templates, and automations, as needed.

  • Participates in annual cycle prep for multiple programs.

  • Follows established procedures in building Salesforce components.

Data Security

  • Handles activities related to the security of data maintained in the Salesforce CRM Database. Adheres to securityprotocols and access standards and criteria.

Training & Professional Development

  • Serves on office search and planning committees.

  • May develop and update training materials and deliver training sessions.

  • Attends and participates in meetings and discussions for the innovation and improvement of the CRM.
