- Environment consists of Dell PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM), Dell Networker and Dell Cyber Recovery Vault. Perform troubleshooting on the backup environment.
- Open support tickets with vendors on unique problems and work to completion.
- Support Disaster Recovery efforts as they pertain to the data protection environment.
- Assist in operationalizing and monitoring Cyber Recovery Vault.
- Must be detail oriented and pay attention to standards.
- Monitor and analyze enterprise backup systems.
